Customer Appreciation Reception

Posted by administrator on Tuesday, March 15th, 2011

This is a great big "Thank You" to all of our customers that have supported us the past 20 years!  Can you believe it?  We certainly can't.  It has absolutely zoomed by.

In 1991 Janome sent Mom and me a memory card for our new MC8000 which was the very first embroidery machine on the market and we didn't even know what to do with it!  We finally figured out where it went and the rest is history.

We  have moved three times in this same center, each time getting a little more square footage.  We could even use a little more space now, but I can't seem to convince my neighbor of that.  (Can you imagine?)  So, we're going to be happy with the space we have.

All in all, it has been an awesome 20 years.  Mother and I realize that is all because of you, our faithful customer who supports us whether it has been by purchasing a big Janome embroidery unit, or maybe just a needle or thread.  It has all counted.  We have always been able to maintain a presence in the top Janome dealers.  Once again, that is because of you, our faithful customer.

So, we would like to invite you to a "Thank You" evening on April 7, 2011 at 6:00pm till 8:00pm.  We will be serving a buffet and would love you to join us for a snack and a visit.  Our dear friends, Jim and Diane Stutsman from Frisco, TX and Van and Maureen Nicholson from Grand Rapids, Mi. will be here to help us celebrate.  Van is even going to demonstrate our brand new product, the Artistic Quilting Machine, our new long-arm.

Jim will be conducting Digitizing Classes on Friday April 8 from 10:00 to 4:00.  Jim has taught Janome Digitizing classes all over the US, so I'm sure he doesn't need an introduction from me.  Any of you that have had his classes know his expertise.  Please call and we'll give you more information on what he will be specifically talking about. It will be a lecture-demo type class.  You will not need to bring your computer. Just yourself.

On Saturday, April 9, Diane is going to teach a couple of classes on the Circular Revolution, which is a have-to-have ruler if you own an embroidery machine.  Diane is also very well known in the US and has taught at Janome Institute several times. With the ruler, your positioning will be absolutely perfect every time.  She will be doing a hands-on class and you'll  make a gorgeous table runner with perfect placement. You will want to bring your embroidery machine for this class.

These people are the best in the industry and we're so thankful that they are our friends and love to come do "special" classes with us.

Please call and let us know if you can particiate in either of these classes.  They will also be posted on our calendar with more information soon.

So, come have a bite with us on April 7 and we'll talk about all things sewing and embroidery.

P.S.  (We know where to put the Memory Card now!)

Thank You to you All

Betty and Caren
